Ariana Grande and Niall Horan have been such buddy-buddies recently that the rumor mill inevitably started grinding.

The Nickelodeon star is said to be dating One Direction’s Niall Horan after the two were seen together several times the past week.

The “Bang Bang” singer was initially seen arriving at Horan’s home late Tuesday evening and left at 3 am. A rep for the Scream Queen has commented that Horan just had “a big party that she attended.”

Horan was then seen arriving at Grande’s London hotel several days later, on June 3. The two then went out shopping before parting ways. But the Irish singer later went to the Langham Hotel to hang-out with Grande after having dinner with his friends.

It’s easy to see why people are eager to pair off the young singers. After all, the two are both single at the moment, Grande having split from Big Sean and Horan having just separated from his girlfriend Melissa Whitelaw.

They also have been very complimentary with one another. Grande describes Horan as “super nice” while the 1D singer is known for being enthusiastic over “The Way” hit maker’s “incredible voice.”

Unfortunately for fans and gossipmongers alike, the two are insistent that they’re just friends.

Grande has even gone on the warpath after being fed up with the rumors.

“A girl can be friends with someone with a d**k and not hop on it,” Grande exclaimed to the Sun, adding that she’s tired of people always discussing her love life.

“I’m tired of needing to be linked to a guy, I’m not Big Sean’s ex, I’m not Niall’s new possible girl. I’m Ariana Grande.”

You go, girl! Set that record straight!

Feeling that might not be enough, the Victorious singer writes about that and more in an essay that she posted on Instagram.
