Sofia Vergara threatened to leave Joe Manganiello. What could the Magic Mike XXL star possibly have done to elicit that kind of warning from his fiancee?

On Saturday, Manganiello shared–during a press day for Magic Mike XXL in West Hollywood–that he sustained an injury during one of the film’s stripping scenes.

“On take one of my finale routine, which we rehearsed and rehearsed and rehearsed and rehearsed, my dance partner did something unrehearsed, and the result was me hearing a loud rip and a pop,” he said. “It was my bicep.”

Despite his injury, Joe Manganiello continued filming the scene, with Sofia Vergara watching from the sidelines. That scene apparently involved a sex swing.

When he returned to his trailer, he suffered the wrath of the Modern Family star.

“We got back to my trailer and, as soon as the door closed, she said, ‘If I see you at the gym tomorrow, we’re done!’,” he joked. “‘I’m going to leave you! That’s it!'”

Clearly Joe Manganiello heeded the warning Sofia Vergara dished out. The two are still happily engaged and said to be planning their wedding, the date of which is either non-existent or the most carefully guarded secret in Hollywood.

Fans of both the Magic Mike XXL star and Sofia Vergara are likely happy Joe acquiesced to Sofia’s ultimatum. They really do make an awesome couple.
