Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston, has been moved to hospice to peacefully leave this world.

Five months after being found facedown and unresponsive in a tub at the Atlanta-based home, Bobbi Kristina show little improvement from that fateful day on January 31.

In April, Brown’s grandmother, Cissy Houston said Brown had “global and irreversible brain damage.” While Bobbi Kristina was no longer in a medically-induced coma, she remained unresponsive.

Police have said they are treating Brown’s case as a criminal investigation. On Wednesday, Roswell Police Chief Rusty Grant said the investigation is in the hands of the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.

Meanwhile, a civil lawsuit was filed against Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon, this week. On Wednesday, Brown’s conservator accused her Gordon of assaulting and stealing from Brown and filed the lawsuit in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, alleging that Gordon’s behavior “caused, among other things, substantial bodily harm to Brown.”

The lawsuit states that Gordon has accessed her accounts and stole more than $11,000 Bobbi Kristina’s hospitalization in January, Gordon accessed her accounts and stole more than $11,000.

The lawsuit states that just prior to January 31, Bobbi Kristina Brown told someone that Gordon was “not the man she thought he was” and was scheduled to meet that person on January 31, to which she never arrived.

“Instead, on the morning of January 31, 2015, Brown became embroiled in a loud argument with Defendant at her townhome. The loud argument ended and Brown was later found unresponsive and unconscious, face down in a bathtub, with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out,” reads the lawsuit.
