Shia LaBeouf was was seriously injured after putting his head through a glass window on Thursday on the North Dakota set of his new film, American Honey.
TMZ is reporting that Shia LaBeouf is sporting layers of bandages on his head after receiving 20 stitches and 13 staples on his head. He apparently cut his head, left ear and right index finger while shooting a scene for American Honey.
Apparently, director Andrea Arnold and Shia came to some sort of an agreement that the actor would do the stunt himself, although it obviously backfired.
According to TMZ, the 29-year-old actor nailed the first take, but it didn’t go so well on the second go around.
A rep for LaBeouf confirmed to the Huffington Post that the actor did indeed seek medical attention for injuries sustained on set.
