Anna Duggar has faced more than her fair share of uncomfortable issues in the past few months. First, she lived through the public humiliation of her husband, Josh Duggar, being outed as a child molester. Just weeks after giving birth to her fourth child, she has now learned that not only did her husband have two accounts on Ashley Madison ( a site where married people can arrange for sexual liaisons), but he admittedly cheated on her, too.

Most women would have long since packed up the kids and headed out the door–right, ladies? Not so Anna Duggar, however, and sources say it’s unlikely that will happen.

“Anna will not leave him,” one source tells People magazine. “As with her in-laws, she is turning more to her faith than ever. She and Josh are probably praying around the clock right now, I would assume.”

The source added that Anna Duggar–brace yourselves–might even take some of the blame for Josh Duggar having cheated on her.

“Maybe not publicly, ever, but privately, there will be some suggestion of whether or not she should have been more aware of the pressures Josh was under, of the issues he was facing, and how she could have better counseled him or helped him,” the source says.

“She is fully and permanently committed to her marriage and her children. And she’ll have the support of Jim Bob and Michelle and everyone else in their circle in terms of staying with him and making this work,” the source continues. “Divorce is not even something that will be discussed.”

Mouths are no doubt gaping open on that one. It’s practically inconceivable. Anna Duggar should grab those kids and head for a place where at least a semblance of sanity prevails.

Do you find it unfathomable that Anna Duggar would stay with Josh Duggar after all she has learned? Surely people can work out a minor indiscretion during a marriage–but this guy takes the cake–and he eats it, too.

Of course Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are praying–and this in no means is meant to negate the power of prayer. It’s mighty. It’s powerful. But when one’s heart and mind is filled with disgust–like Josh Duggar’s–she should probably be praying for a way to start a new life on her own.

“This wasn’t something they ever imagined was possible,” a source tells People magazine. “They so strictly limit their exposure to these sorts of outside influences–from websites to even the sort of television they watch, if they turn on the TV at all–that they were absolutely baffled by how this could have been possible.”

Maybe everyone should pray for clarity of mind for Anna Duggar.
