Rob Kardashian is reportedly working on self-improvement this summer–finally emerging from his self-imposed isolation of more than a year. Since gaining significant weight, Rob stayed rather secluded for quite some time–even skipping out of sister Kim Kardashian’s wedding to Kanye West.

It was while working on his self-improvement a couple of days ago that Rob Kardashian bumped into sister Kylie Jenner and her boyfriend Tyga. Rob shared a photo of the two via social media.

“Spotted these fools on the morning workout,” Rob captioned the shot.

It seems Rob Kardashian is working hard to make exercise a part of his new, healthier lifestyle. It was just over a week ago that he went on a hike with sister Kim.

Rob Kardashian lives with sister Khloe Kardashian, and she is thrilled to have his company.

“Rob lives with me now and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love having him with me,” Khloe said during a recent interview with Complex magazine. “He’s going through a hard time now and it’s behind gates. With this crazy lifestyle you have to think of places where you can still have your freedom.”

Rob Kardashian still doesn’t appear in public at all, but is occasionally spotted making quick trips to pick up food.

While it’s encouraging to see Rob Kardashian finally working on self-improvement–hopefully of mind as well as body–it’s especially heartwarming to see his family members supporting him. Rumors that Rob suffers from depression have run rampant, and if that is the case, family support is even more necessary.

Do you suppose Rob Kardashian will have a big reveal once he is happier with his body, following this new workout regime?
