Amber Rose has scheduled a “Slut Walk” for October 3rd, the proceeds from which will raise awareness for sexual injustice. Rose isn’t getting much support for the walk, however. In fact, she says celebrities want big bucks for appearing at the event.

Rose took to Twitter to share her dismay.

It's sad how every female artist I've asked (That's available) to perform at my Slut Walk are trying to charge me 30k-40k smh ?

Amber Rose wants to “reclaim the derogatory term ‘slut,’ and put a spotlight on double standards, victim blaming and other forms of injustice towards women.”

Proceeds from the Slut Walk will help fund HIV testing and sexual awareness booths, as well as pay for food and merchandise for the day of the walk.

Hopefully at least a handful of female celebrities will forgo their exorbitant fees and join with Amber Rose for this important fundraiser.
