Back to the Future is turning 30 years old, and is being celebrated in many ways by fans everywhere. New York City retailer PIQ is hosting an event on October 15 called “Welcome to the Future,” which will feature what it says is the largest collection of Back to the Future products in the city.
Products will be available for sale, and a custom five-foot long, flying model DeLorean will be unveiled (right in the store window of course).
The event will even have a couple of stars from the film – James Tokan (Principal Strickland) and Donald Fullilove (Mayor “Goldie” Wilson) – in attendance who will be posing for photos and signing autographs, according to an article at BackToTheFuture.com.
