Lamar Odom is reportedly off kidney dialysis, and doctors say his overall condition continues to improve.

A source tells Us Weekly that the former NBA player is “walking with help” and “getting better every day.”

Khloe Kardashian took a couple of days off from sitting vigil at Lamar Odom’s bedside. She traveled to Houston to see James Harden play basketball.

Following Lamar Odom’s near-death experience in Nevada, Khloe put her relationship with Harden on hold and withdrew her divorce petition from the courts. That had many believing she and Lamar Odom were getting back together.

It seems the two decided to put the divorce on hold. Khloe Kardashian’s trip to Houston certainly makes it appear as though she’s a bit confused–don’t you think?

“Khloe and James never broke up. He’s been so understanding and he knows that Khloe’s love for Lamar is deeper than what most people can understand,” a source tells E! News. “He’s been very understanding and supportive. Lamar has a long road ahead of him and Khloe will always have the love she has for Lamar.”

How long do you suppose James Harden will wait around for Khloe Kardashian to make up her mind? Will she choose one of these men over the other at all?

Khloe has vowed to stay by Lamar Odom’s side throughout his recuperation period–which could be months. Once he is on his feet again, will she re-file her divorce papers?

Oh, the crazy lives these Keeping Up With the Kardashians family members lead.

Do you think Lamar Odom is aware that Khloe went to Houston to see James Harden?

Might that in some way impede his will to get better?
