Candace Cameron Bure revealed the new look of her “childhood home” in a photo she posted on Instagram on Wednesday, October 28.
The famous Victorian home used for the sitcom Full House is getting a restoration on the Warner Bros. lot for the Netflix series Fuller House.
“They are building the Full House house on the Warner Brother’s [sic] back lot! Welcome to my childhood home,” Bure captioned the photo of herself posing in front of the Painted Lady – the term used to refer to Victorian-style row houses in San Francisco. The iconic house was painted white with a red door in the past but it was changed to light blue for the upcoming reboot.
Old, familiar faces will appear on Fuller House alongside Bure, who will return as D.J. Tanner. John Stamos, Bob Saget, Scott Weinger, Blake and Dylan Tuomy-Wilhoit, Lori Loughlin, and Dave Coulier will all return to the beloved Tanner house.

Stamos is also working as executive producer for the Netflix series along with the original creators of the show.
Even though the original cast members are appearing in the reboot, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are not returning to revive their characters in the sitcom. The Olsen twins both played Michelle Tanner, the youngest member of the family. However, as Stamos said in an interview with Today, the twins are welcome any time.
Bure’s character, D. J. Tanner is now a veterinarian and a widowed mother of three. She raises her kids with her best friend Kimmy Gibler played by Andrea Barber and her sister Stephanie portrayed by Jodie Sweetin.
New stars joining the show include Maksim and Val Chmerkovskiy, the love interests for the Tanner sisters, Eva LaRue who will play Danny Tanner’s wife, and Juan Pablo Di Pace as Kimmy’s estranged husband.
Netflix’s Fuller House is scheduled to debut in 2016.
