The Netflix reboot of Lost in Space will feature the Robinson family, as in the original, along with Dr. Smith and “the Robot,” in their adventures and they try to find their way back to earth.
Dracula Untold writers Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless will write the series. Game of Thrones director Neil Marshall will direct the pilot.
Lost in Space was rebooted as a feature film in 1998, starring William Hurt, Gary Oldman, and Matt LeBlanc. It was a flop.
