Josh Duggar of 19 Kids and Counting spent his Christmas in rehab for his sexual addiction, where he reportedly received a family visit.

According to the Rockford Scanner, a local website based out of Rockford, Illinois, the disgraced reality star was visited by a couple of family members on Christmas day.

Reportedly, the Duggar family’s private plane landed at Rockford airport, flying in from Springdale, Arkansas, on Thursday, Dec. 24.

The website’s Rickie Traeger reported seeing Josh’s brother John David Duggar, who is a pilot, as well as a woman with wavy hair, at the airport.

Josh, 27, is dealing with his sexual addiction by undergoing long-term treatment at a faith-based rehab center in Rockford. He checked into rehab in August, just six days after confessing to cheating on his wife of seven years, Anna.

“I have been the biggest hypocrite ever,” he confessed after it came to light that the eldest Duggar son held two subscriptions to the cheating website Ashley Madison, which was released to the public by hackers.

That revelation came just months after it was revealed that he’d molested five underage girls when he was a teenager, including his sisters Jill and Jessa.

Anna finally shared her side of the very public cheating scandal in a TLC special that aired earlier this month.

“It was definitely a hard thing, and I think it was such a betrayal for a spouse to go through what we’re walking through — and… it was hard,” she said on part one of Jill & Jessa: Counting On. “It was hard to realize that it was such a public thing, so not only was it a betrayal for me, but it was also a betrayal against those who call themselves Christian, because here we were as a Christian couple and everyone was able to see us get married and to vow before God to be loyal to each other. And [then] that loyalty was broken.”

People magazine reports, however, that Anna Duggar will fight for her marriage.

“In my heart, when I got married, I vowed to God first and then to Joshua, ‘For better or for worse. ‘Til death do we part,'” Anna said. “I pray that through all of this that I would be an extension of God’s love to Joshua, that I would love him and forgive him and wait patiently and allow God to work through our hearts.”

“My prayer and my heart’s desire is for our marriage to be restored,” she said of her marriage to Josh Duggar.
