Jersey Shore’s Pauly D and Making the Band reality star and singer Aubrey O’Day are dating, E! News confirmed.

Pauly D met O’Day on the set of the new E! relationship reality show Famously Single.

“So yeah, we met on the show. The show is about all of us coming together, dating, learning through a dating coach how to go out there and approach people that are better suited for us and kind of get over the issues that we were having,” revealed the former Danity Kane member.

“And it ended up just like becoming like this chemistry happened within the house with a few of the castmates and Pauly and I were one of them. Which everybody always laughs I feel like people think we’re completely different but ended up being pretty alike in a lot of ways,” O’Day opened up to E!

According to her, she and Pauly D “connect in a really interesting way.” When asked what she liked about Pauly D, she described the DJ as “incredibly funny and smart and very talented.”

The songstress said Pauly D is very different from the guys she has previously dated, adding the DJ helps her “lighten up and enjoy life.”

Although the couple has been dating for several months now, O’Day is not labeling their relationship with the terms “boyfriend” and “girlfriend,” but instead said she feels more comfortable using the term “enjoying the moment.”

Aside from confirming their relationship status, O’Day also revealed that she and Pauly D are planning to celebrate her 32^nd birthday and go out on Valentine’s Day.

“We leave actually tonight to go to the (Caribbean). Pauly has a gig out there and it’s my birthday next week so we’re gonna go have a little vacay. And then I’m gonna be in Vegas with him for Valentine’s Day,” she excitedly shared.
