The post also indicated Barry Manilow might not make his scheduled appearance at Monday’s Grammy Awards. He received a Grammy nomination for his album, “My Dream Duets.”

An announcement was posted on the singer’s Twitter account as well.

Barry Manilow is in the middle of his “One Last Time–One Last Tour” concert tour, with stops in both the U.S. and the U.K.

Page Six reached out to Manilow’s rep for a comment, but has not received a reply.

Barry Manilow wrote jingles before he broke onto the pop music charts in the 1970s. He worked with Bette Midler from 1971 to 1975.

Despite the fact that he is 72, Barry Manilow still enjoys a cult following. Most of his fans are middle-aged or older women.

They–in addition to husband Garry Kief–are no doubt hoping the singer makes a full and speedy recovery.
