Canadian singer/songwriter Nelly Furtado is not receiving rave reviews for her performance of her country’s national anthem – and that’s putting it mildly.

Furtado’s rendition of “O Canada” at Sunday night’s NBA All0Star game is the talk of the internet, and is being universally panned.

What makes it worse is that Furtado’s performance was preceded by a very good version of “The Star-Spangled Banner” from R&B artist Ne-Yo.

Twitter is being pretty harsh on Furtado:
