Louis Tomlinson and Briana Jungwirth have reached an “interim agreement” over the custody of their son, Freddie Reign Tomlinson, who was born on January 21.

According to a report from People magazine, the “interim agreement in terms of access” will allow Louis Tomlinson several hours of visitation per week with the baby boy.

Briana Jungwirth initially denied Louis Tomlinson access to his son. The two only briefly dated last May, with Jungwirth learning she was pregnant shortly thereafter. She wouldn’t let Louis Tomlinson see the baby because of a money dispute.

It seems this “interim agreement” reached between Tomlinson and Jungwirth doesn’t allow the One Direction singer any overnight visits with the baby. Overnight visits are still being negotiated. So far no long-term custody agreement or financial agreement has been met.

Louis Tomlinson made what he deemed a very reasonable financial offer, but Briana Jungwirth is holding out for more.

In other Louis Tomlinson news, the singer recently shared what he hopes little Freddie Reign’s first words might be.

Louis joked while speaking to a reportedly in recent weeks, who asked him about those hopes.

“It’s a tough question because the immaturity is just pushing through there but–dad!” he said.

Is Louis Tomlinson not one extremely adorable young dad?

It truly seems like the One Direction singer is working hard within the court system to do right by both his son and Briana Jungwirth.

Do you think Briana Jungwirth is trying to take advantage of Louis Tomlinson’s wealth?
