Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson started dating during their time as dance partners on season 20 of Dancing With the Stars. This weekend the two became engaged.

Kym Johnson, who didn’t return for season 21 of DWTS, shared her exciting announcement via social media, shortly after Robert Herjavec proposed.

“never thought a year ago I’d meet someone who would change my life completely ! I’m the luckiest girl in the world because last night the love of my life @robert_herjavec asked me to marry him and I said yes! ????,” she captioned the post.

Things were a bit controversial when Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson began dating. He was still legally married to wife Diane Pease. The two were legally separated, however, and he began divorce proceedings last April.

Kym Johnson and Robert Herjavec had a blast during their competition on Dancing With the Stars–and they did a great job, too. The newly-engaged couple came in sixth place overall during the season 20 competition.
