Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani will share custody of their three sons–Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo–in a judge’s ruling that Gwen calls “unjust.” She finds it unthinkable that a husband can cheat on his wife with their nanny, and receive the same custodial arrangement as the the woman on whom he cheated.

“It’s like, the most unjust, unbelievable system,” Gwen Stefani says in a recent interview with the New York Times.

Despite her feelings on the matter, Gwen has no choice but to surrender her boys to Gavin Rossdale for 50 percent of the time.

That said, the “Used to Love You” and “Make Me Like You” singer is making the very best use of her newly found free time.

Much of that time is spent with boyfriend Blake Shelton. Gwen and Blake began dating shortly after he announced his divorce from Miranda Lambert and she announced her split from Gavin Rossdale. The two are obviously very much in love and have been spotted at a number of public events. In addition, Gwen and Blake spend lots of time with Gwen Stefani’s children when they’re not with Gavin Rossdale.

Gwen has used a great deal of her spare time working on her music, too. Her upcoming album, “This is What the Truth Feels Like,” comes out on Friday, March 18.

Rumors about Gavin Rossdale and the family’s former nanny, Mindy Mann, are still swirling. It’s uncertain if the two are involved in a relationship now that Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are divorced.

Cheaters never win. If Gavin Rossdale cheated on Gwen Stefani, he’ll likely one day repeat his offense. If it’s Mindy Mann he winds up cheating on, she’ll get a taste of her own medicine.
