Gwen Stefani couldn’t be at the Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday night to support boyfriend Blake Shelton, who served as host of the awards program. She wanted to be sure to support her new love, however, so she did so in the next best way possible. She sent her sons.

The three boys Gwen Stefani shares with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale–Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo–were spotted in the audience at the event.

When a fan tweeted Gwen Stefani, saying she had spotted two-year-old Apollo in the audience at the Kids’ Choice Awards, Gwen tweeted back.

Clearly enjoying watching Blake Shelton get slimed, wear a unicorn costume, and shoot a TP launcher at Joe Jonas and his friends, Gwen Stefani had to let her fans know she was watching the Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday–even though she was in Japan.
