Kate Middleton has nothing but wonderful things to say about her husband’s grandmother, Queen Elizabeth. In an upcoming broadcast scheduled for next weekend, the Duchess of Cambridge shares some of those thoughts. Our Queen at Ninety will air over Easter weekend on the BBC, in honor of the queen’s birthday.

While everyone else calls Queen Elizabeth “Her Majesty,” Prince George calls her “Gan-Gan,” according to Kate Middleton. The children love their time spent with their great-grandmother.
Kate Middleton also shares that Queen Elizabeth dotes on the little ones.
“She always leaves a little gift or something in their room when we go and stay,” Kate says.

Queen Elizabeth turns 90 on April 21 but her official celebration will take place in June. Kate Middleton, Prince William, Prince George, and Princess Charlotte will no doubt celebrate with her much closer to her actual birth date.
It’s interesting to note that during the broadcast of Our Queen at Ninety, Kate Middleton speaks in her first solo interview since marrying Prince William back in 2011.
