Twitter is about to offer 10,000 character long-form tweets, at least for Twitter Blue subscribers.
Twitter has been slowly increasing the size of tweets, greatly expanding the initial limitation of 128 characters. Longer tweets make it easier for users to post long messages or status updates without having to string together a series of tweets.
The platform offered Blue subscribers the ability to send 4,000 character tweets in February, but Elon Musk has revealed that 10,000 character tweets will soon be an option.
