Gwen Stefani tunes were heard playing over a speaker system on Thursday night at the U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati, just ahead of Blake Shelton taking the stage at one of 11 shows on his month-long concert tour.

Fans believe Gwen’s music playing was yet another sign of the love that is quickly strengthening between the two.

Gwen Stefani debuted a brand new song at the Grammy Awards earlier this week. Called “Make Me Like You,” she admits it’s all about the guy she affectionately calls her “cowboy.”

Things quickly heated up between Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani during the last season of The Voice. Occupying big red chairs at the same time, their banter grew from friendly to flirtatious, and beyond.

Officially dating since this past fall, Gwen and Blake have been spotted out and about together frequently, often with her three boys from her marriage to Gavin Rossdale in tow.

Blake Shelton ended his marriage to Miranda Lambert in July 2015. Just a month later Gwen Stefani announced her marriage to Rossdale was over. Rumor has it Gavin Rossdale cheated on Gwen with a family nanny.
