Gwen Stefani tunes were heard playing over a speaker system on Thursday night at the U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati, just ahead of Blake Shelton taking the stage at one of 11 shows on his month-long concert tour.
Fans believe Gwen’s music playing was yet another sign of the love that is quickly strengthening between the two.

Gwen Stefani debuted a brand new song at the Grammy Awards earlier this week. Called “Make Me Like You,” she admits it’s all about the guy she affectionately calls her “cowboy.”
