Janel Parrish of Pretty Little Liars and Val Chmerkovskiy—Dancing With the Stars pro–are partnered this season on DWTS, and some suspect there’s a different kind of partnering going on. Do you suppose there’s any truth behind this rumor, or the one that they’ve been caught kissing–twice–backstage?

Val has performed for several seasons on Dancing With the Stars. The brother of Maks Chmerkovskiy–who has since left the show–was excited to kick off the show’s 19th season. He is noted for his professionalism and his sex appeal.

Brother Maks did interject his two cents worth about the kissing rumor, however. Is he aware of the situation between Val and Janel Parrish–or is he maybe even a little jealous?

Before Val ever met Janel Parrish in person, he had a feeling there might be a connection.

“When she sees me and I see her this is going to be a match made in heaven,” he told the camera in a promo clip.

What kind of match might this turn out to be?

Epoch Times says Janel has a boyfriend–one Payson Lewis–and that Val Chmerkovskiy is single. What a difference a day–or a dance–can make, however.

Wetpaint already reports that the two looked cozy on the red–or rather blue– carpet in L.A. at the People StyleWatch Denim Event at The Line. Janel Parrish rocked a black and white plaid skirt with a tight black crop top. She paired the look with adorable black booties and big hoop earrings. Val looked fashionably casual–sporting a light denim shirt with dark denim pants. He topped his ensemble with a fedora and low-cut brown leather boots.

The two had fun after the blue carpet stroll, too.
