Kim Kardashian is in the news again this week, this time claiming that someone working for British Airways stole items from her bags while she was on one of their flights. One of her missing belongings was a pair of vintage sunglasses given to her by her father, who passed away in 2003. She also claims several designer purses and at least one piece of luggage is gone.

When she discovered her things had been taken, she tweeted about the theft:

Very disappointed in British Airways for opening my luggage & taking some special items of mine! Some things are sentimental &not replaceable

What happened to the days when you could lock your bags! We need to get back to that. There’s no sense of security & no trust!

Kim has filed a report with the airline and says if they don’t come up with her belongings, she’ll go to the police. A spokesperson for the airline said that they have very sophisticated equipment meant for tracking bags and are investigating the incident:

“At this stage, we have discovered no evidence to suggest that the bag in question was interfered with at Heathrow. Our investigation is also seeking to establish details of the bag’s passage through Nice and Los Angeles airports.”
