Louis Tomlinson of One Direction, didn’t receive any star treatment as he was a little shook up at Celtic Park Sunday, after being tackled by forward, Gabriel Agbonlahor.

Tomlinson volunteered to play in a friendly match along with others, setup by retired soccer player, Stiliyan Petrov. The proceeds from the match are benefiting a foundation Petrov set up after a struggle with leukemia, who is now in remission.

53 minutes into the game, Agbonlahor tackled Tomlinson to the ground. After a moment to regain his composure, he stood up and ‘hobbled’ off to the sideline, where he proceeded to vomit. 21-year-old artist featured the number 1D on the back of his shirt as he played pretty well until he got the wind knocked out of him.

“It was one of those things,” Agbonlahor said, reported BBC. “I’ll apologize to Louis when we meet up…I know he enjoyed playing in the game and it’s fantastic that he took time out to be here.”

Tomlinson did get one benefit. He has signed as a non-contract player for his local club, Doncaster Rovers, to play reserve games after he played in the game on Sunday. As a teenager, Tomlinson worked at the Rovers’s stadium on game days.

Tomlinson stated, “This has always been a childhood dream for me. I feel very honoured to have been asked to sign for Rovers and being able to help both the club and the amazing charity Bluebell Wood is what it’s all about.”
