Sohaib Athar, @ReallyVirtual on Twitter, is a 33 year old programmer from Lahore, Pakistan. But, when he began tweeting about some strange activities going on in Abbottabad… he had no idea that he was essentially “Live-Tweeting” the raid on Osama bin Laden.
It seems as though Sohib doesn’t want all the attention that comes with his impromptu live-tweeting session. He just tweeted, “I am JUST a tweeter, awake at the time of the crash. Not many twitter users in Abbottabad, these guys are more into facebook. That’s all.”
In any case, if you’d like to check out Sohaib’s tweets, you can view them below in order.

I guess Abbottabad is going to get as crowded as the Lahore that I left behind for some peace and quiet. *sigh*
I need to sleep, but Osama had to pick this day to die :-/
Uh oh, now I’m the guy who liveblogged the Osama raid without knowing it.
Interesting, I didn’t think my name would trend on twtter before releasing a couple of rock albums and a few award-winning software….
