Google has released an emergency Chrome update to address a vulnerability that is being actively exploited by hackers.
The bug in question is labeled CVE-2023-2033 and has a “High” severity rating. The bug was first reported on April 11 by ClĂ©ment Lecigne, of Google’s Threat Analysis Group.

The Stable and extended stable channel has been updated to 112.0.5615.121 for Windows Mac and Linux which will roll out over the coming days/weeks.
Needless to say, users should update as soon as the new version is available.
