Samsung is re-releasing its Galaxy Enhance-X AI photo editor after it mysteriously disappeared shortly after its first launch.
Samsung first released the app in mid-2022 but almost immediately pulled it without explanation. According to a Samsung community moderator via Android Central, the company released a beta of the editing app to Galaxy S23 devices.
Older devices, including the S22, S21, and A-Series will also get the app, according to SamMobile, although there’s no word on when.
Despite the re-release, Samsung still has not commented on why it pulled the app in the first place or what prompted its return. Either way, users can start enjoying the benefits of AI when touching up their photos.
