It’s clear that the Internet can’t get enough of The Walking Dead, so AMC is keeping fans’ appetites sated ahead of the show’s third season, which starts October 14.

AMC posted a couple of new photos from the upcoming season on its Walking Dead blog.

“Last month in an interview with AMCtv.com, Special FX Makeup Designer Greg Nicotero hinted at some of the new tricks he has up his sleeve for the walkers in Season 3 (Hint: ‘They’re sort of putrefying.’),” AMC says on the blog. “Now, you can take a look for yourself…”

Meanwhile, as season 3 approaches, rumors about a possible movie have surfaced, with unofficial talks said to be happening around AMC.
